Why didn't he just push the bullets out of the way in AOU similar to what Quicksilver did in Xmen 2014? He would've been a fun and unique character to watch in Civil War/IW/EG

It's because Fox tried to be a bitch after loaning out Wanda and Quicksilver and at the same time, introducing their own Quicksilver as a subtle fuck you.
