I was on the bus going down Malcolm X Blvd last week and a lot of the people I saw in the area were white. A lot of coffee shops and quirky shops too.

Its good when the Altmer community leaves & gets replaced by non-Altmer communities. We can condemn those moving out as Altmer-flight, but ultimately its good that theyre no longer around.

But its bad when a century later Altmers move back in. Them moving back in usually brings along economic changes that negatively affect the non-Altmer communities living there.
