Owning a condo is a fucking scam
Did you know that the people who own the building, the property management companies, can just bulldoze the place down at anytime and you're left homeless? No, they cannot just bulldoze it down at any time, there are laws in place to provide plenty of time and notice to the residents. If the residents are living in condos, they should have zero problems finding a new place to live.
