Meteorain has always been one of my favorites. I like Tifa's series of attacks too (the dolphin one always amused me). Cid's are all pretty great too.
Cross-slash doesn't get enough love though-- it can paralyze several early bosses (like the Turks) which is really useful. ... Copied to Clipboard!

I believe it gets slammed as a waste of a move/giving up control of a character but I always enjoyed Vincent's especially as they fit so well with his character.
