Nidhoggr 05/12/19 3:36:13 AM #1:	10/10 movie for fans. 7.5/10 movie for everyone else. Usually when it comes to live action versions of video games/animes/cartoons, I prepare for the worst representation possible. But this movie didn't have a single thing that would make me cringe. Everything felt par for the course with Pokmon. And it could even fit within the timeline/universe of the games. The plot is fairly predictable but it's not entirely childish. Really, the only thing I could complain about was the end villain/their motivation (seemed kind of stupid to me, but I'm not really sure what else they had to work with). I also would have liked to see a greater variety of Pokmon. Seemed like most every shot had pretty much the same ones wandering around.
