ZMythos 05/11/19 6:39:18 PM #1:	You can take any cut and make it a winner if you cook it right. Medium rare/medium Olive Oil Salt/pepper garlic butter that's all you need to make a great steak. Pair it with asparagus, broccoli, spinach, or another green and some starch like bread or a baked potato.
