A guy I work with was wearing a red hat that had some big lettering on it. It was not a MAGA hat. Bunch of dudes saw him and started to beat him up and when he was on the ground they realized his hat didn't say MAGA. They said my bad and walked away.

I said 50s because you have be that old to have completey forgotten someone as bad as McCarthy, who led a movement to accuse people of being communists when most were not. For someone always worried about Nazis and white supremacists, I'm surprised you don't know history.

35k people is absolutely nothing. That's like 4 or 5 NYC blocks of people. I've been all around MA and outside Springfield, Worcester and Boston (and the towns surrounding it and the 9), it's mostly suburban wilderness much like Upstate NY with little towns here and there. Shit, the entire state has a smaller population than NYC itself. I ask again, do you think stuff you haven't experienced in your town means it doesn't happen anywhere and those claiming otherwise are liars?
