Not only that, but it had an incredibly diverse cast. Sweet, Big Smoke, Ryder, Cesar, whatever your sister's name is, Uncle Woozy, that crazy girl you date out in the wilderness, etc. It also deals with themes like the abuse of minorities by corrupt police officers. It was actually pretty damn woke for its time. This game should have been celebrated for its diversity, but instead it was vilified and people tried to get it banned over that Hot Coffee nonsense that required you to mod the game to even see it. At the very least, I think I can say that it probably would be celebrated for its diversity if it came out today.
