This is me too, except I'm a year and a bit younger than you (33 in August). For a long time I sort of resented being so horny all the time (went through a lot of dry spells, generally had bad luck with women until my mid-late twenties). Plus jacking it is pretty much a huge waste of time, always felt like I could have been doing something better/more productive. I thought I'd be happy if my sex drive took a nosedive like I've always been told it does when you start getting older. I work with some guys in their late 40's and early 50's and they tell me they have sex with the wife once a week and that's good enough, they don't really crave anything more than that. I'm thinking like, "Wow, imagine not having that proverbial monkey on your back almost constantly the entire day." I know my girlfriend would probably appreciate me being slightly less handsy, haha. I'd probably miss it if it was ever just gone though. I like being ready to go basically anytime, anywhere. I would hate having to get "in the mood" or dealing with viagra or some shit.

As for TC, yeah, lifting weights will definitely do that for you. Hugely boosts testosterone and overall well-being. Adding muscle and dropping fat is also beneficial hormone-wise, and just being active.
