i've been eating at least 4 times a day, and snacking on cakes, biscuits, cheeses AND drinking lots of fizzy drink, beer, wine and spirits solidly for the past 5 days

Since I've been home for Christmas people keep saying I've lost weight, not ate as much this year as I've been doing most of the cooking and not really snacking. I thought the beer, cider and wine would have made me put on a bit.

Probably for the best, I'm p large.

Used to be an average weight but then had a diet of beef or fried chicken every night with potatoes, red wine or cheap bourbon and a family sized cheesecake. Went from 182 pounds to 255 in about a year. Not good but it seems to work. I was really insecure and wanted to put on weight to cover up my protruding sternum + had mad depression.

Don't hate your body though man, I get that but the body isn't all you are.

Muscle milk and lifting helped me gain weight. Having a shake supplement what I was already eating helped. I just couldn't eat more but I could drink something. Getting swole helped too.

My licence still says 155 lol. I'm way past that

ill try muscle milk, although im lactose intolerant so i hope its not too dairylicious
