Your gamer dick grows with every monumental achievement you've done in a game. Just for example, here's the breakdown of my gamer dick:

Beating Metal Gear Solid 2 on Extreme - 3"
Winning a Super Smash Bros. tournament with 65 people - .5"
Finishing a solo unknown single character (Luke) run of Tales of the Abyss - 2"
Beating Resident Evil 4 on Professional - 1"

So I've got a pretty solid 6.5".

My gamer dick hangs down to my knee.

All emblems/green hill zone unlocked, Sonic Adventure 2 Battle

151 Pokdex in Pokmon Red

Played melee competitively and placed well in a handful of state level tourneys and won or got top 3 at many small and regional ones.

Multiple games with perfect save files, 100% completion (Golden Sun, GS:TLA, Zelda, OoT, MM, WW, multiple castlevania games, and snes rpgs)
