He has it so I'm scheduled the last 5 days of this week, and the first 5 days of next week (yes, including xmas; it's a retirement home, so it doesn't close) -- so if you look at either week's schedule it looks like I'm just working 5 days a week like normal (which I guess is technically true), but they connect and become 10 days straight.

To be honest you really need to speak to your boss about this. Don't be aggressive, just be nice and ask him what in the FLYING FUCK IS GOING ON HERE!? And if he doesn't like it you grab him by his tie and tell him where he can stick his job.
