I've been struggling to get back to 190lbs over the past four years now. My feet and knees are starting to hurt, and every diet and workout plan has failed so far. I think I'm just going to go ahead with this. Anyone had this done before? I'd like some advice.

you probably shouldn't do it, and most doctors will probably deny you if you're young/ not super fat

22 years old
260lbs

I've made it down to 230lbs earlier in the year but as soon as I got another job it just came right back plus a bit more.

Lipo is the only way to get rid of fat cells. They just get tinier with diet.

Whether that matters, I don't think there's research.

Fucking no, don't get lipo. Learn healthy eating habits and follow that.

Have you tried the "run for 30-45 minutes every weekday and not consume a shit ton of unnecessary sugar" diet?

Losing weight is easy is fuck. It's not a complicated process at all like building muscle tends to be. You just fucking run. If you're not losing weight, you run more. If you want to run less, cut out excess sugar.

Honestly no. Around the time I was losing weight I worked a job that kept me walking for half my work day. I skipped lunch and started smoking and the weight came off pretty fast.

I've always wondered if that just makes the human body store fat in other places, like around organs (which is a real thing).

1) Intermittent fasting + Ketogenic diet or

2) Intermittent Fasting + Carb reduction + higher protein

3) Intermittent Fasting + Carb Cycling

If you try all 3, one of them has a VERY high chance of working. Its really up to you. But maybe you like having vacuums suck up your insides >_>

I mean don't a big portion of the people who get lipo just keep their diet and get fat again? That works against the fat cell theory. You'd think the positives of being skinnier would be good motivation but even with that.
