He always shows up when I'm in the bathroom. Then literally runs like hell after ringing my doorbell.

I was taking a piss once when he rang the bell. I stopped, quickly washed my hands and walked like 10 feet to the door. In like 15 seconds he was already halfway down the block at another house doing the same thing.

I swear mine is able to fucking teleport. I hear a single soft knock (Yeah this mother fucker doesn't even knock right) and I'll get up to answer. I don't even see or hear the truck pulling away. He's just gone
