It's always freezing and slowing down

since getting the xbox one x yesterday i've had shit like it telling me to insert disc 2, and when disc 2 was inserted it didn't say anything, so that was a nice reset. None of the icons popped up for me a few minutes ago, pausing all downloads made the system hang up, etc..

At this point I'd be considering calling up Microsoft to RMA it, or taking it back to the store to exchange it.
