$300,000 smackers are MISSING after 2 bags of massive amounts of cash fell out of a back of an armoured truck that set off a MAD SCRAMBLE of people purposely CRASHING their cars in New Jersey as they scrambled to pick up the fluttering bills and pocketing into their jackets!!..

More than half a million spilled onto the highway from a Brink's truck near MetLife Stadium as police said 2 bags of cash fell as one plastic bag had 140,000 smackers and the other had 370,000 smackers as it fell from a rear door that had a mechanical issue

It happened when the bags opened after hitting a roadway and went airborne because of the wind as swirling cash was seen and drivers stopping their vehicles immediately and jumping out of the car and pick up the money.

It resulted in multiple car crashes as Brink's workers and other motorists who actually HELPED got 205,000 back as 5 people turned in about 11,000.

Online video shows a Sedan with a front bumper smashed as people walked on Route 3 during the morning rush pick up the cash

Police ask those with video of the frenzy to turn it in as 294,000 is still missing.

Lt. Mike Gianscaspro says "It's a theft of mislaid property. We're not looking to charge anybody, we're just looking to get the money back to Brinks"
