Current Events > Does McDonalds have the worst fast food or fast casual burgers?

I used to eat it about 3 times a week at one point but now I barely eat it once a month. Changing the Quarter Pounders was especially a bad idea, they taste weird now. I would probably rank the burgers places I've eaten at as:

brgr > Five Guys > Bareburger >Petey's Burger > Wendy's > Burger King > McDonald's

Yes. McDonalds fucking sucks. I wouldn't even call it food and that has nothing to do with it being unhealthy. Tons of the stuff I eat is unhealthy. I demand my food taste good.

Last time I had McD was over a year ago.

I don't even dislike McD, I just hardly ever eat out anymore and McD usually isn't my first choice.

Carl's Jr. only lasted like 5 months here in NYC and was like 2 doors down from McDonald's, but I liked it more than McDonald's. More variety and also cheaper. It was just disappointing in that I expected much better.

In China BK is a million times better. Aa BK patty is like 3x the size of a McDonald's one. The fries are better (they use different fries at BK here than they do in North America) as well.

I only have have have the option of thee two and will almost always choose BK. Only way I choose McDonald's is if I'm at the mall near my house or don't feel like waiting an hour for it be delivered.

If I'm in Canada then Wendy's > A&w. > BK > McDonald's

:edit: just remembered, we have a Carl's Jr. here but it is over 30 minutes away and I was really disappointed the one time I did go get it.

Flame-broiled does taste unique compared to the others but I like it.

That's insanity. Mcd buns don't even taste like bread. The fries taste like sticks of salt. The fish is worse than any fried fish. The milkshakes are terrible now that they artificially thicken then.

The only GOOD thing is their coffee

mcdonalds is mc-cafe now...they dont care about burgers just coffee
