The economy, short of a serious collapse, probably won't impact things much. Trump's still the guy that tried to do things but couldn't, going against the side that doesn't want to. He'll be the guy that tried to bring back coal and may still do so, while the other side is almost gleeful in watching communities dissolve out of pure dislike for them as people and the nature of the jobs they want. The guy that wanted to run things like a business, only to find out in politics, your own employees can (and are kind of expected to) openly defy you.

If the democrats run someone open to that concept, someone that knows it can't offer sizable chunks of the country what they don't want and expect votes, that combined with almost zero chance of voter apathy this time around gives them a good chance to be the better option for all. If they run the predicted progressive candidate offering freebies to people wanting manual labor jobs and bawking at a system designed to make you give a shit about them to win your election, get used to the orange man.

He was good at reading off of a teleprompter. There were plenty of times where his teleprompter went out and he made an ass of himself. Trump, however, is able to improv and think on his feet; he can give a great speech and doesn't need one spoonfed to him.

Look, having nuclearmy uncle was a great professor and scientist and engineer, Dr. John Trump at MIT; good genes, very good genes, OK, very smart, the Wharton School of Finance, very good, very smartyou know, if youre a conservative Republican, if I were a liberal, if, like, OK, if I ran as a liberal Democrat, they would say I'm one of the smartest people anywhere in the worldits true!but when you're a conservative Republican they tryoh, do they do a numberthats why I always start off: Went to Wharton, was a good student, went there, went there, did this, built a fortuneyou know I have to give my like credentials all the time, because were a little disadvantagedbut you look at the nuclear deal, the thing that really bothers meit would have been so easy, and its not as important as these lives are (nuclear is powerful; my uncle explained that to me many, many years ago, the power and that was 35 years ago; he would explain the power of what's going to happen and he was rightwho would have thought?), but when you look at what's going on with the four prisonersnow it used to be three, now its fourbut when it was three and even now, I would have said it's all in the messenger; fellas, and it is fellas because, you know, they don't, they havent figured that the women are smarter right now than the men, so, you know, its gonna take them about another 150 yearsbut the Persians are great negotiators, the Iranians are great negotiators, so, and they, they just killed, they just killed us.

What are the chances he could lose the republican primary?

0.

As a lifelong Republican until the 2016 election, it would be awesome if he did, but nah not gonna happen.

I'm hoping he accepts he'll lose and doesn't want to be embarrassed so says, "Wow I am so amazing I made America great again in just one term!" and doesn't run.

As far as the cyber, I agree to parts of what Secretary Clinton said, we should be better than anybody else, and perhaps we're not. I don't know if we know it was Russia who broke into the DNC.

She's saying Russia, Russia, Russia. Maybe it was. It could also be China, it could be someone sitting on their bed that weighs 400 pounds. You don't know who broke into DNC, but what did we learn? We learn that Bernie Sanders was taken advantage of by your people. By Debbie Wasserman Schultz.

Look what happened to her. But Bernie Sanders was taken advantage of. Now, whether that was Russia, whether that was China, whether it was another country, we don't know, because the truth is, under President Obama we've lost control of things that we used to have control over. We came in with an internet, we came up with the internet.

And I think Secretary Clinton and myself would agree very much, when you look at what ISIS is doing with the internet, they're beating us at our own game. ISIS. So we have to get very, very tough on cyber and cyber warfare. It is a, it is a huge problem. I have a son.

He's 10 years old. He has computers. He is so good with these computers, it's unbelievable. The security aspect of cyber is very, very tough. And maybe it's hardly do-able. But I will say, we are not doing the job we should be doing, but that's true throughout our whole governmental society. We have so many things that we have to do better, Lester and certainly cyber is one of them.

That "If if if...." was what your dear leader Obama said. Trump speaks in a conversational tone may not appear to flow well when it's written on paper, but when you hear him say it in person it's obvious that he's brilliant. Meanwhile, Obama's speeches are stupid whether you're reading them or hearing them.

There are exactly three ways that Trump could lose in 2020. From most realistic to least,

1. The Democrats actually choose a candidate that isn't completely awful. This doesn't mean they need to go out and find someone great. They could probably pick a random hobo off the street and achieve this. They just need to, y'kno, not choose one who's known for being one of the most corrupt people in the world.

2. Trump dies before the 2020 election. If we assume it'd be a death of natural causes, I'd say there's a chance it'll happen but it's not too reliable. (And if this happens, good luck with President Pence... bleurgh...)

3. Republicans choose to run a different candidate. Probably not very likely, but theoretically possible.

President Donald Trump reportedly dismissed a future debt crisis because he "won't be there" when it reaches a critical point.

Trump has still greatly reduced the debt since he took office. You can't expect him to reduce it to zero in just two years, that's completely unrealistic.
