Trump doesn't like the Coast Guard, like they don't work their asses off with old equipment.

Trump doesn't like a lot of things, he thinks most people aren't working hard enough.

And that might be true with specific groups, parts of an organization, individuals, etc.

But some people are pretty lazy and don't work hard enough to their full potential for their expected work hours.

That's a fact of life.
