Postmodernism Very Good Tier Historical fiction Okay Tier General reading Bad Tier Romantic fiction, i.e. "chick lit" Horror fiction Dreadful Tier Science-fiction Fantasy fiction You know, most readers, especially casual readers (lulz) only ever read sci-fi and fantasy. No. Do you mean that book by Kazuo Ishirugo? I read half of the first page in a bookstore, saw it was basically fantasy, and put it down. I've read most of his books, though, and generally enjoyed them. At least one I've read a few times.
