One of my coworkers got randomly punched by one who was on drugs. Had to call the cops and file a report. There is no reason to allow these people to be on the streets. Put a roof over their head in jail and make the city safer. Everyone wins.

pepper spray is legal i think. not mace gotten those confused.

Homeless people often make me uncomfortable when they approach me. But I don't think homelessness should be criminalized. If I was homeless I would stick to myself. I wouldn't ask strangers for money or help.I would seek help from people who are in the business of helping the poor and needy (government agencies, non-profits, churches, etc).

The vast majority are drug addicts who just dont want to go to a shelter because they would have to get clean. Panhandlers are all scammers. Every single one. If they want food and a roof, there are shelters they can go to.
