Never mind, I think it's when you watch someone on their Stream and you can find them in the game to kill them, right? Like those bastards and looked at your location in GoldenEye?

Thats what stream delays are for. If someone can predict your location a full 30 seconds later then youre either bad or youre camping.

The more serious issue with stream sniping is when someone is doing it in a tournament setting.

Takes the fun away from things, super messed up in competitive gameplay that's ranked

But for casual modes and games, not too big an issue from any logistical standpoint
