It sounds like he did a lot of shit with people. Apparently cops were familiar with him, their neighbor wrestled with him before with the chimp stopping when the neighbor told him to, and even held a baby. He slept in the same fucking bed as the owner who treated him as a surrogate son after the rest of her family passed away.
All that and then this happened and in the phone call you can tell the owner was acting as it was a monster attacking and telling them to bring guns to shoot him.

That woman had something strange going on with that beast. Anybody who owns a fucking chimpanzee is fucking crazy. The strongest man in the world would be turned into a weakling next to one, it takes grip of your hand kiss it goodbye.

Woman: "Please! Send the police with a gun!"
Asshole Operator: "Who has a gun?"

This is what gets me. Yes she's panicking but you can clearly tell she's saying "My pet chimpanzee is killing my friend please send the police with a gun" or something to that effect. Either the operator is so desensitized he just doesn't pay attention or he's a moron.
