Well originally I brought him his own laptop from home but their overzealous firewall flagged it as a virus source (hes more prudent about cybersecurity than I am normally). So I exchanged it for my own, which had no issues. He was going to give it back because he didnt even want to use it, he just wanted his own PC, which I installed in my house at his request.
