That's how much the average guy is supposed to drink.

3.7 liters a day.

God damn. No way I could do that. It's just too much water. I mean I've been upping my water intake, but that's just crazy.

I don't want to drink from the tap either, so I'd need to buy a massive amount of jugs of water just to last me like one week. I don't see how people do it.

How close are you to hitting that amount?

Same. I take a 3 liter thermos to work with me. And I just fill it up at my sink

I drink that amount of water and I get it either from the filter from my fridge or the ice machine at work.
