Like a spot on your foot, then your shoulder, then your leg, then that same spot on your foot, then your ass, then your arm, etc...

It's like my body is trying to keep me up.

I used to have bad itches. Never found out what caused it but it was horrible. It usually triggered in a stressful situation but sometimes it just came on out of nowhere, thankfully when i was alone. It was so bad that I would try to take a hot shower whenever it happened just because it was unbearable, and it would start up again when i got out the shower anyway

Noise is another one that does it. If something's too loud, or the fan is squeaking or something like that, I just focus on it and can't stop.

i can initially fall asleep very easily even with lights on, blaring tv, etc. but if something wakes me up in the middle of the night it is just about impossible for me to get back to sleep.
