All of them seem to be young kids who have this idea that they are always right and some punished minority. They're almost bound to come across some nasty customer frequently even though most of them end up being nice. That's why you see so many retail workers complaining about rude customers. Also if you're working customer service you're guaranteed to get shitty people. One time I saw some people get so mad that they couldn't return an item that they started vandalizing stuff and yelling at the top of their lungs. They had to be escorted out by AP and police.
