I started it last friday and I've basically been doing it every 2-3 days. So today was the 4th time I did it. My question is basically what settings should I be using and what should my goals be? For example, I'm doing it on level 4 resistance, 2000m rowing, and I'm averaging about 29 strokes per minute, and my total time comes out anywhere from 9:30-10.
So what should my resistance be? What should my strokes per minute goal be? and what should my time goal be for 2000m? And if I wanted to do a HIIT type of row workout, what would that look like? Or if I wanted to do an endurance/aerobic type of workout, what would that look like? Thanks in advance. --- literally the pacers ... Copied to Clipboard!
