i actually feel like it's the opposite. games feel over-engineered, there's nothing to figure out anymore.
stuff like skill trees and builds have been dumbed down to the point where nothing can be optimized, everything is designed so you can never make a wrong choice but as a result you can never really play in a way that isn't carefully planned out by the devs --- ... Copied to Clipboard!
