(only played Skyrim) There's one quest in particular (mentioned above) where you attend a house party with 6 or 7 guests. Your goal is to kill everyone in the house, and if you like you can go around backstabbing people, or start an all out brawl, whatever. But another option is to set in a deep paranoia and have them kill each other one by one. You just go around talking to them and saying things that play to their fears and suspicions. One by one each person dies by the hand of someone else and they all think there's a central killer, which spurs on the murders even further. You get a bonus if nobody witnesses any murder.
