My picks; Santiago, Accra, Rome, Kyoto, Visakhapatnam, and Shenyang.

Santiago, Accra, and Visakhapatnam don't seem like my kind of cities.

Rome would probably be alright, but I don't know if I'd want to spend my life there.

I'm torn between Shenyang and Kyoto. Kyoto would probably be pretty accessible and it would be a wet dream for a history buff like me, but I speak the language in Shenyang, the food would be amazing, and I love Chinese history, philosophy, and aesthetic. The real issue with Shenyang, though, is that it's currently under the Chinese government, which is far from ideal.

I mean, Venezuela is a nightmare right now, but it's not exactly Syria right now. There could have been worse ones on there.

I'd basically be super wealthy in Tijuana or make 4 times the median income in Hong Kong, my other 4 choices were Giza, a city in Egypt, a city in Morocco and another Chinese place.
