The companies would essentially be PAID to advertise their character and franchise in a game that will easily sell tens of millions of copies.

Imagine if first-party characters from Sony and Microsoft like Master Chief, Crash, Spyro, etc are all available to play on Smash.

Then it would really be the "Ultimate."

Meh. I've already never really cared much for "having characters from all series possible" in Smash. IDK there was kind of a "cartoony" theme at first, now it's just really whatever and makes no sense. Kirby fighting Mario and Zelda is funny, Kirby fighting Cloud feels really dissonant.

I'm aware it's a really unpopular opinion though
