You can spot them. Any older looking women who is actually younger, with a husky build and short hair down to around her ears.

Avoid such women like the plague.

All they do is bitch and complain and ask to speak a manager to get you in trouble.

Second I see one and they approach me. I apologize and lie and say I am not suppose to be on sales floor and direct them to another employee.

Tis the truth.

I find that Millenial customers tend to accept whatever answer they get. But the older generations won't accept it if it's not what they want and they feel entitled to get it.

Millennials and men in general are the least entitled and will at least respond to things casually and understand shit.

You should of said "Sorry maim/sir, it is store policy too not allow cutting. I am afraid you will have too go the end of the line and wait patiently. If you refuse we will have to ban you from the restaurant.

A lot of millenials work at best buy.

I had one call and complain because her food was taking longer to be delivered than she wanted. It was literally in the middle of a blizzard and some drivers were getting stuck in snow. We should have closed but the owner was a greedy prick. His fat ass was out delivering too and he finally let us close after he had to get his van towed out of a snow drift.

Anyway, girl was giving me attitude. I told her the driver was on the way. She was all "well where is he now and when will he get here?" and I responded "There's a blizzard going on so he could have gone off the road and crashed and died for all I know." She didn't like that answer. Drunk belligerent frat boy types were much worse than the drunk chicks though.

Also, the argument of young people being on their phones all the time? At least young people aren't rude about it. Older people who are talking on or using their smartphone are either obnoxious, or don't pay attention to their surroundings.

It's so fucking true, holy shit. I've had middle aged customers SCREAM at me because I couldn't give them what they wanted and what they wanted was free stuff for no damn reason. These people sicken me. They come from a generation of prosperity and working behind a desk or in an enclosed environment away from the general public so they have no idea what it's like to serve people like them. It gets my blood boiling just thinking about it. Like, no, I can't give you free product. . . Because I don't have a button for it. . . Because inventory will be off. . . Because I could lose my job over you wanting something for free. . . Because that coupon isn't valid. . . Because I'm on camera. . . I'm just a cashier. I don't make the rules, I push the buttons on the cash register. Anybody important enough to change this policy is in some posh office in a big city smoking a cigar they lit with a hundred dollar bill and no amount of complaining will change their mind so leave me the fuck alone and get the fuck out if you don't want to spend 10 bucks on this thing that everyone else has to buy without expecting preferential treatment. No, I don't care if you don't come back. There are millions more where you came from that will keep coming here and they have better manners (hopefully). The public are a bunch of god damn animals who think I'm some kind of wizard who can magically do whatever I want for their benefit. Would I be working a minimum wage job if I were more qualified for something else? FUCK NO!! I'd like to see them do my job without getting frustrated. Assholes.
