UnfairRepresent 11/08/18 1:51:45 PM #1:	A 36-year-old man has been arrested on suspicion of paying a teenage girl to engage in a lewd act with him in a rental car. According to police, Masayuki Shimonaga, who works for Japan Post, became acquainted with the 15-year-old girl on a social networking service (SNS) in August. Police said Shimonaga posted on Twitter using secret jargon that hinted at dating with monetary compensation in order to establish contact with the teenager, Fuji TV reported. He arranged to meet the girl on Aug 29, picked her up in a rental car and paid her 3,000 yen to engage in a lewd act with him in a vacant parking lot in Tokyos Edogawa ward. A special police cyber crime unit became aware of Shimonagas suspicious SNS posts, and he was arrested this week for violating the anti-child prostitution law.
