Vegan, yes, if we reach the point technologically that we can create any food without harming animals by growing it in vats or whatever. Everyone will be vegan.
However there is no evidence of health benefits to being gluten free unless you are one of the small number of gluten intolerant people in the world, so I doubt that will ever become universal. --- i am truley sorry for your lots ... Copied to Clipboard!

How would you create quality steaks? I have no idea. But so what? That's like asking someone in 1918, "How would you create movies using just your phone?" Their skin, hair and nails looking like shit is usually the first thing I notice. Vegetarian with fish and shrimp is a whole different story and you could make a good argument that that is the healthiest diet. Edit: most people are difficient in atleast one vitamin or mineral. Magnesium and zinc come to mind. Having a nutrient deficiency opens the doors for health problems. --- If you don't have anything nice to say, say it on the internet. ****poster Extraordinaire ... ThyCorndog posted...life expectancy is longer for vegans tho. Also this. The only thing thats really clear is less food (that means enough food, not starving or overeating) seems to equal a longer lifespan in most cases. But then theres some genetic outliers who are boozehounds and start smoking at 12 and live to be 90. Too many variables, but again I have to in my own experience met a vegan whos made it to old age nor have I seen any studies where vegans are healthy and long lived. --- If you don't have anything nice to say, say it on the internet. ****poster Extraordinaire ... The Seventh-Day Adventists of California are a blue zone (where people live longer with exceptionally lower rates of disease.) They're vegan for religious reasons too. So it's not like they're ultra health focused people. Plenty of old people in that community. There really isn't a shortage of longevity research on vegans.
20 players on the Tennessee Titans are vegan. Tom Brady promotes a vegan diet and some NBA stars are as well. Stop looking at cucked soyboys as the face of plant based. They were pathetic and scrawny before they went vegan. --- ... Copied to Clipboard!

Vegans are geberally healthier but it's never been directly proven that the diet itself is the cause. Vegans as a cohort tend to be more active, health conscious and wealthier than most. And I think you actually mean subcohort. Is your position that the only vegans that are especially healthy/living longer are the ones that are doing it specifically for health reasons, wealthy, buying organic foods, and exercising in fancy gyms? The way your post is worded it seems like you believe that vegans as a cohort are trendy rich health memers.
