I've never had to calibrate a laptop screen. Every HDTV I own has been a pain to calibrate correctly.

you're talking something that can be used for different yet similar purposes on top of (depending on the TV) multiple ways of connection vs. something that's always going to be connected the same way no matter what

HDTVs overscan, monitors don't. Additionally, graphics drivers will autoconfig video output to match the monitor identification perfectly. TVs don't identify so stuff outputs "best guess" instead

Those crazy STORE calibrations are insane though, they sell TVs based off that alone.

However that calibration will look ass in your Room.

You can, last I checked. At least on my shitty old laptop, I can right click>intel graphics properties.

You know what sucks? when from game to game....COLORS are different

so you calibrate Spiderman to look amazing...then NBA 2K looks weird because their

color accuracy is different, their Bulls RED color is more Red so it all look saturated, it is crazy man.
