I don't think I've seen a three sided fight like that before. 2 on 1, sure, but these guys all had reasons to hurt each other, and Vanessa being there added even more complications (although I wish she would have at least tried to get some offense in once or twice.)

It was great. Daredevil was there to protect Vanessa and to kill/hurt Fisk, Bullseye was there to kill Vanessa and probably Fisk, Fisk was there protecting Vanessa while trying to kill either or both of the others while also trying to elude capture/death. Daredevil and Bullseye weren't really after each other, but kept getting in the way of each other so they fought anyway.

The movies do, I've never seen a Marvel Netflix after credits scene.

usually the last scene before the credits serves the same purpose. but there has been one. I just can't remember which one it was. I think it was in The Defenders, setting up Punisher. If not, it was the scene where Matt wakes up in the church's infirmary.

Yeah, that's the last scene of Defenders. I wouldn't really call that a teaser as Matt "dying" was a part of the Defenders' storyline, but I get what you mean.
