Or at least, the people who did think this changed their mind a few weeks after launch. GTA IV was a technical marvel to be sure, but it was an abysmal game. I had issues with the driving but Nico was awesome. It wasn't until years after that people started really warming up to it. Also, everyone hates the new Zelda game until the next one comes out.
