Sc6 Ac o Red dead 2 Call of cthulu My hero ones justice I just got blops 4 and super Mario party My backlog still consists of an unopened Detroit, Vampyr, Destiny 2, and We Happy Few. Even an i3 is usually okay. You need a good GPU, but you don't need to upgrade it every time a new game comes out. Get a GTX 1060 and you're set for the next few years at least - and 1060 isn't an overly expensive model.
