I've seen you post your weight loss in the past and it's really impressive to actually see pictures of the results too.

Out of curiosity how far are you planning to go? I see that your body has some stubborn midsection weight still there but imo you'll lose too much muscle mass on your current trajectory trying to get rid of that. You may have to lift/bulk to even out a bit. Either way, you look a ton better, man. Gj!

I dont know. I keep telling myself that Im going to start working out, but I never do.

My initial goal was 200. I hit that. Then I thought Id like to get down to 180. I hit that. Then I wanted to get to 165, which was a weight I was at for several years before I got super fat. Thats about where Im at now. Im not married to a number. Id like to get rid of my torso fat. I feel like 140 would get me there? But Ill decide when I get closer to that size.

In any event if I dont lose any more weight Im pretty happy with my appearance now. I feel like I look like a normal person again.

One meal a day. Its generally just whatever. I eat carbs, drink beer, etc. I try not to do a whole lot of sweets though. Most of the time I just drink water, but if Im out with friends Ill drink alcohol.
