Strange how Hillary never cared about the allegations of women until recently with the Kavanaugh debacle.

Stay classy Hillary.

My intern 5 years ago is now my wife. So when we were getting it on then was it also an abuse of power?

Women aren't children they can say no to their bosses, I have said no to requests from my boss, its called standing up for yourself and its something adults have to do in life, else you get walked on.

As a woman, I can tell you this straight. You're wrong. Many of my colleagues have had to "put out" in order to get ahead. Even I have had to endure stuff without complaining for fear of reproach.

No they didn't HAVE to put out. They chose to. That's what adults do, they make decisions. Dont make women into children.

Go to hell, seriously

So when nazis made immoral decisions because their bosses asked / told them to, do you absolve them of any blame too?

You can't have it both ways either adults are responsible for the decisions they make or they aren't. It's obviously wrong for a boss to make the request, but it is wrong to comply as well, both parties are culpable.

But no, everyone that doesn't see the world the way you do should go to hell right? It's all black and white.

You're the one who's making it black and white here.

Hell, even your Nazi example. "So when nazis made immoral decisions because their bosses asked / told them to, do you absolve them of any blame too?" Well not necessarily but it depends.

If you were someone doing something unimportant like working on an assembly line and went along with it because you were scared that you and your family would be in danger of being arrested, then I would understand and not think you were a bad person.

If you did what they said with sadistic gusto, enjoying the fact that Jews and other groups were being arrested, tortured, and killed, going the extra mile to get ahead and get promoted, then obviously you were wrong.

The people who took a stand against the Nazis were heroes for risking their lives and freedom in the name of what was right. But saying the people who weren't brave enough to be heroes and risk death were the same as the actual people who planned and carried out the holocaust is madness.

Similarly, in the Monica and Clinton situation, maybe Monica was somewhat wrong but it's dwarfed by how wrong that Clinton was. To the point where I'd almost say it doesn't matter it Monica was a little wrong.

Saying that "it's her choice" in response to women being harassed and come on to in the workplace is insanity. Yes, she technically does have a choice but her choices are either let her boss get away with it, or say something and probably be ostracized by her coworkers, disciplined by the higher ups in the company, possibly even fired--and chances are good that nothing bad will happen to her boss.

Whereas her boss's choice is either, be a normal boss and have everyone in his company be happier, or make women uncomfortable and stressed out just so he can get his jollies sexually.

That's terrible, and it's terrible that Hillary said that. I would say I'm glad she's not president except that the one we have is even worse.

So if you enabled the systemic slaughter of an entire race...but you participated only reluctantly and without gusto to save your own hide, that's ok.

Jesus fucking christ, you people. Good thing this exact question was looked at and solved at the Geneva convention, and at every single moder day place if work.

There is no excuse whatsoever for saying yes to a request from your superior if it is immoral, illegal, or wrong. Period.

The world we live in is a result of the decisions we all make each and every day, we don't get to always blame someone else for this shitty world, you, me, everyone is responsible to some degree. Nazi Germany didn't happen because of hitler and himmler it happened cuz of all the good people who did nothing.

Bosses get away with this shit in part because of all the women that say yes. Yes the bosses are wrong, but so are the women and they must be held responsible as well. Every women that sleeps with her boss to get ahead is an enabler and putting the next woman in danger.

I refuse to believe the abuse of power narrative unless it is objectively shown that there was some kind of threat to abuse that power. I fully agree that it is a bad move to sleep with an employee/college student/etc for a variety of reasons, but it is fully possible for two such people to get together with zero issues. If the idea that "something negative will happen if I refuse" originates in their head through only their own ideas, there is nothing the "person in power" has done wrong. This whole narrative treats people like children who literally have no idea how to consent to sex.

You can't separate the president from his position. The blatantly obvious perspective that anyone who caught you would take on your affair should be enough of a deterrent to keep your dick in your pants tbh

Certainly, he was a moron for doing it. She was also a moron for accepting. It, as with most affairs, is the act of two people knowingly doing something wrong. There has never been any evidence of abuse other than her stupid statement recently just saying something to the effect of "he should have known better," which is some of the dumbest shit I've ever heard.
