I hadn't really thought much about this before. Who are the viable candidates? Who is likely to survive the primaries in the first place?

Also: I really hope that Hilary isn't running AGAIN. I doubt she actually will, but you just know she's been in serious talks with various political operatives already.

I wouldve said that right after the 2016 election. Now though? Unlikely due to how hes centered the entire party around himself. You could get away with rejecting Trump in 2016 races. Hell thats the only way some GOP reps survived. But now its toxic to oppose him. It will kill the career of anyone who goes against him on the GOP side and hell claim its wasting his time (because he wants to minimize the chance of him personally losing because he cant protect himself against investigations if he isnt president).

"I want to..... remind.... you of why we are here.... to-day" Clinton manages to grunt out.

The child remained frozen in place, as if petrified by Medusa herself.

"Thisssss..... is what hap-pens when your pa-rents don't vote for me this No-vem-ber"

Clinton's grip on the turtle immediate gives way, and the screams of the young child are overpowered by the grinding of shell, bone and sinew emanating from the chipper. Small bits of bloody shell and scales fly out into the crowd, with the majority thoroughly coating the young child until he was fully covered, head to toe, with the grisly remains of his pet.

"It...... isssss my turn....."

Clinton then consumes an entire human baby in front of the crowd. Her skin immediately tightens around her face, reducing her age dramatically and restoring some color to her skin.

A smoke cloud again appears around Clinton, and the crowd is left unable to speak or move for at least 30 seconds after her departure.

For someone like Beto, it is. He's in a disadvantaged location but on a national level, he'd have a lot more energy.

I actually really like Biden, but I think running him would be a mistake.

Plus, he was very publicly mean to Anita Hill back during Clarence Thomas's confirmation hearing, and recently doubled-down on it when asked about it in relation to the Kavanaugh confirmation hearings. That's probably not going to go over well with Democratic voters in 2020. Or, at least, I hope so.

Had Jason Kander won that Senate seat in Missouri back in 2016, I'd say he'd be running in 2020, but we all know how that turned out lol
