a lot of the places you can discover are mostly sunken treasure. the islands far out might be a bit harder to get to but once you discover the place you can safely fast travel to and from easily

And, yeah, I did all the left and ride side ?s. I just didn't do the middle ones of the skellige map before got burned out and cursed the game. Boat goes way too slow. Almost faster to swim ironically

Just for the record, I helped the merchant who had the information on killing Radovid. But, upon doing it he never had a quest to follow up on it. Djikstra just told me to go fuck myself when I asked him for help. Probably why.
