I'm pretty sure that Punisher is what you are referring to as it didn't follow any particular comic story or the film at the time, and took elements from everything and did its own thing. Wolverine is more debatable. Overall the basic story mimicked the film, but at the same time it did a lot of it's own shit and even had a really weird ending that involved Wolverine trying to stop the mutant apocalypse I think. I'd assume next up, if they really do follow through with the Marvel Game Universe and it wasn't just PR talk for Insomniac, is probably Avengers.
