As a gut reaction it sounds good sometimes, but on principle I believe in rehabilitation and second chances and beyond. I believe we are all able to change and better ourselves.
However I wouldn't exactly be heart broken about torturers or child rapists or other extreme cases being killed when there is 0 doubt to their guilt. Tough one.
Child rape and murder is high on the list, as are serial killers. Unjustified homicide is up there, too. Crimes of passion? It just depends. You catch your SO in the act of cheating and you fly off handle and kill them, heat of the moment?
