There are different qualities of steel. Cast iron is extremely brittle and considering that's an ancient pokemon, I'm going to assume it's more on the primitive metallurgical side of things.

Well shit. Its super slow but its got tough skin and can shoot fire/energy blasts at me and getting within range of its tail or arms is basically insta death or internal bleeding and broken bones.
