It's not a pizzeria, but there's an Italian restaurant across the street that serves pretty good pizza. I think it's a family owned restaurant too.

Though this topic reminds me I'm going on a trip in January and along the way we plan on stopping at a few non-chain pizza places we see along the way. In my opinion it's REALLY hard to screw up a pizza to the point where it's inedible, so I'm thinking it'll all be decent at the absolute worst.

At least 6 I can think of that are close by that I know are good. Probably more. I live an hour outside NYC. So we have a bunch of pizza places in the area. Both good and bad.

I imagine NYC is the place to be. Although nothing beats pizza in Italian obviously. We have a pretty good place in Vegas. La Bella Napoli. Run by a very nice Italian lady.

place near where i used to live makes great pizza, but they're a fucking ripoff. cheaper to just make my own; hand made dough, home made sauce, fresh toppings, is great.

my hometown is utter trash and I hate it, but when I go back there to see my parents I make us order from the local pizza place

it's thick, greasy, oily and disgusting, but goddamn it is the best pizza in the world.

Not here in TN, no. In Atlanta, there was this small place next to an abandoned Blockbuster called "Pizza Guy" and the guy spent 40 years making pizza in New York before coming south. Legit 20 to 24 inch large pizzas, enormous slices, and the authentic NY pizza flavor. Best pizzaria for me since I lived in NY as a kid. It legitimately sucks that there's nothing close within 50 miles of where I live now, he used to be 3 miles up the road from my old place.

its literally just matzo and tomato sauce though

there are like 5 good local pizza places within a 10-minute walk of where I live. one of them is two doors down from me.

Im not a fan of pizza and a big part of it has to do with me being lactose intolerant and just always avoiding it.

Pizza capital of the world, you better believe theres a highly revered mom and pop shop in every corner, especially the more farther out you get from the city.

There's a pretty decent place just up the street from me. It's kinda pricey but it's the best pizza in town. They're also open late and serve alcohol so it was always a go-to place after a night of partying.

I live 15 minutes outside of New Haven. Pizza places are basically everywhere.

That crust doesn't look appetizing or seems like it tastes good at all.

There's one good pizza place in my town. And even then they're more well known for their panzos instead.

The rest of the local places in town fucking suck ass and the chains easily outclass them

It tastes fantastic, why doesnt it look good?

I mean Ill admit from the angle I took it that the crust at the bottom looks pretty burnt, but I promise it was just shoddy photography on my part.
