Like, I've had times where I've slept for hours and feel like I just went to sleep. But I've recently had a couple days where I have woken up and felt like I just slept for hours(and was probably late for something), but in reality, I had slept for like 10 or 20 minutes. But I felt refreshed. Normally, it's when I would turn on snooze or set the alarm for a later time... How about you guys?

I've never experienced that. Quite the opposite. I can sleep for twelve+ hours and still feel exhausted. I think there is something wrong with me, tbh.

I think that happens to a lot of people, though. Sleeping for a long time and not feeling rested. i slept for 3 minutes once, it felt like 5-6 hours.
