And you dont care enough or want to participate in this reality? Ive been neet for 5 years after dropping out of university after my first year. My family has supported me financially my whole life (including my neetdom, gotta say Im lucky). I had good grades but none of it was fun and I hated everything about it. I also really dislike people (university is a horrible place for someone who hates people). For some reason, I was absolutely convinced completing high school was necessary. Once I got to college, sometime during my first year, something in my mind changed. I began to understand life like sandbox mode got unlocked. I saw no point or motivation to complete a degree or get a job, or if you extend it even further, to be too tryhard in life. I put way more effort than necessary in all my years of schooling, got good grades and all of that. I was a good schoolslave for my parents for 19 years. Taking control of my life and leaving that fake horrible life behind was amazing. I got tired of it all, the competition, and learning wasnt even fun or enjoyable. Neetdom was a nice breath of fresh air. I sit on my computer all day and do nothing and my family gives me money."
