SableWolfAngel 10/04/18 3:50:10 PM #1:	So I'm the only player in a solo campaign that's been going on for a few years now, but it's very different from your usual Medieval adventure. It involves a lot of adult situations, and I don't mean the typical "Player goes to the brothel, comes back in an hour" type of thing. All erotic encounters are played out in graphic detail with long lasting effects on the party and the story. There is combat and intrigue and treasure hunting and other usual stuff, but things can take a dark turn when say... my character has to pose as a brothel girl to assassinate a high government official for the rebel faction in the town she's trapped in. No detail is spared when running into this kind of trouble. So, would you guys ever participate in a campaign of this nature? Have you ever heard of this kind of thing before? Some of them even have DMs there just to teach newbies who walk in. Conventions do a lot of that, too. Or you could try hooking up with an online group through Reddit or Discord. D&D podcast have really taken off these past few years that address the mechanics but primarily feature the chemistry and roleplaying acumen of the players and DM to one another. Beyond rolling fast talking skills, and assuming these encounters aren't mechanically represented to the player. Are we having players narrate these encounters and the experiences of their characters? If so, why? How does this contribute to the campaign? Would this include dialogue? Also, this isn't exactly an erotica campaign is it. Acknowledging the existence of institutions like a brothel or sex in general in the context of a roleplaying campaign doesn't mean much here. Calling it an erotic campaign almost suggests that the erotica is the point. And I'm not getting that. I only ask, because I'm imaging something like Fifty Shades erotica married to DnD and I see only tragedy and despair. Those players would need to be some kick ass creative writers before I even considered hosting that. Not wanting to attract more attention, my character covered herself in blue paint to convince the guards she was a mystical forest elf (she's already an Elf, but the guards have never seen an Elf and might just mistake her for a little girl) there to whisk them away into the forest for frolicking. It didn't convince them and they just thought my character was some lost girl looking to get fucked since she was naked. They ~~held her down and basically raped her. The size of their *, the amount of * they made, the time it took, and the dirty things they said were all present.~~ While this was happening, the party members slipped behind them and got away.
